These are the causes of indigestion:
* Excessive consumption of fatty foods, spicy condiments.
* Eat lots of food.

* Frequent intake of alcohol and caffeine.
* Lack of stomach acid.
* Smoking.
* Anxiety.
* Stress.

* Wear tight clothing that presses the abdominal region.
* Dyspepsia is caused by gastritis, ulcers and stomach cancer, a condition made worse by having anxiety because this condition favors the entry of air into the digestive system. It also presents overeating or too fast, by eating irritating foods or high fat, aggressive medication management, smoking and drinking alcohol.
* Nausea and gastric emptying are shown when you activate the vomiting center (located in the brain), which occurs when food is consumed in poor or irritating or toxic substances. Also appear during pregnancy (for the increase of hormones) or when the organism is sensitive to movement of a boat, car, train or plane.
* Regurgitation is caused by narrowing or blockage of the esophagus.
* The globus sensation may be a consequence of sensation or abnormal activity of the esophagus, if you swallow too quickly or dry throat.
* Bad breath is caused by certain foods or substances that are ingested or inhaled by dental or gum disease, fermentation of food residue in the mouth, liver ailments and poorly controlled diabetes.
