Know too well, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but that’s why we often confuse and breakfast unhealthy things in large quantities. For an ideal breakfast, we take our time and of course never leave home without breakfast.
The advice is the first thing we do when we wake up, take a glass of water, thus rehydrating the brain, but we choose to take a juice, yes without added sugar.
Maintain a healthy diet, with a general trend of healthy cooking, is essential to maintaining good health.
Below is a list of healthy foods with a brief description of their properties and how they influence their physical well-being.
* Olives: combat constipation and gallstones. The olives are capable of dissolving the gravel and small stones in the gallbladder. The mineral salts battling intestinal fermentation.
* Olive oil: Lowers cholesterol and risk of heart disease, lowers bile acids and prevent ulcers. However, it should be borne in mind that pure olive oil in Spain is being adulterated with hazelnut oil and groundnut, as recent complaint to the European Union by the National Association of Edible Oil Packers.

What are functional foods?
To be considered functional, the food must meet the following conditions:
* You have been added a beneficial component, with a proven therapeutic effect.
* You have been enhanced to make it a healthy ingredient.
* You have been totally or partially removed any harmful or toxic element.

This time, the project is very ambitious, because along with the Foundation “Cecilia Grierson”, we have the opportunity to inform and empower consumers, the virtues of certain foods and their importance in human nutrition.
